Reven bikes is launching for 2022 a whole new range of road and gravel bikes. The old website feels outdated and was lacking advanced e-commerce and support capabilities.
We are creating a new website that showcases their new brand identity and provides a unique and delightful user experience. The new website is totally focused on the custommers experince starting at the moment of buying a bike and continuing thoughout the time of owning the bike. We provided many of support pages covering any kind of issue.
UX research, UI design,
Focusing on the experince.
To kick-off the design process, crafting a sitemap helped us get ideas on paper to establish which sections and elements were necessary for each page. Followed by a mid fidelity mockup was then created to define content and layout.
The primary user flow is the process of buying bikes and components.
Secondary flows are: Lear how to maintain your bikes and interact with the Reven community.
Revens's simple information structure makes it easy to navigate and move through tasks. Divided in 3 actions, shop, support, about.
We defined the content for each page and section.
Using the feedback and insights gained from kick-off workshop and the site map phase, a mid-fidelity wireframe was created to define the layout stucture.
